How to Start Your Day with Essential Oils

I am not a morning person. Like, really, really not a morning person.

I dread opening my eyes when I first wake up, and often need at least 15-20 minutes of peace and quiet to get out of bed and get going in the morning.

I don’t use any essential oils though. I use therapeutic-grade essential oils from Young Living.

Keep reading to find out how you can start your day with essential oils.
